At VONN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not the perfect fit for your home, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging and unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the request process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding, manuals, and hardware included to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
